Mrs. William Etzel – Port Huron – Charlotte C. Etzel, 83, of 1300 Beard St., died Thursday in Marwood Manor. William Etzel, 74, of 3215 Wadhams Road, a retired Great Lakes sailor and resident of Port Huron 61 years, expired Saturday, July 20, 1963, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Sarnia, after a short illness.
