John Cronin
1937-2010

John died peacefully at Scottsdale Osborne Hospital, Scottsdale, Arizona, Wednesday, June 30. While riding his bike Friday, June 25, with a neigbhor, John passed out and struck a fence.  It appears his heart had stopped.

John was a professor emeritus at Arizona State University where he taught in the Science department for many years.

John and wife Muriel joined Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (now named University Lutheran Church) over forty years ago.

Surviving John are wife Muriel, daughter Martha of Boston, MA, son Paul of Denver, CO, and daughter Sarah of Tempe.

A grave-side committal service will be held later this summer in Denver, CO where John's cremains will be interred in the columbarium of Augustana Lutheran Church. No services are planned for Tempe.
